2、hytechnology(hereinafterreferredtoas:DSA)whichhighlightsvascularimagesandleavesoutthoseoftheoverlappedboneandsoft-tissuesystemcanachievebetterimageacuity.Therefore,DSAhastakentheplaceoftraditionalangiographyandbeenwidelyappliedtoclinicaldiagnosis.However,soundjudgmentisdifficult

3、tomakeonlybyobservingangiographyimages.Thedoctorsshouldbeprovidedalotmorevascularinformationacquiredstraightlyfrompost-processingDSAimagesbeforetheyadoptmoreaccuratetherapeuticplansandminimizemedicalerrorstothefullestextent.SincevariousmethodsareusedtoprocessDSAimages,thispapera

4、imsatstudyinghowtoenhancethemandextractcenterlines.Vesselthree-dimensionalreconstructionisbasedonitstwo-dimensionalextraction,whichenablesactualreflectionofvasculardistributionandstructure.Thus,itisofgreatsignificancetoresearchintoimprovingextractionalgorithmsofvascularcenterlin

5、es.Tobeginwith,imagesneedspreprocessing.Inordertoenhancethecontrastofvascularimagestoextracttheirproblems,thispaperproposesajointmethodofsegmentalIIIlineartransformationandmulti-scalefilter.Atfirst,adjustimagegreyscaletoareasonablerangebymeansofsegmentallineartransformation;then

6、buildmulti-scalefilteroutofHessianMatrixaccordingtoeigenvaluesofHessianMatrixandmulti-scaletheorysoastointensifyimageacuityofvascularstructureofdifferentsizesandsuppressnoiseinterference.Itisshowninthesimulationexperimentthatwiththehelpoftheintegratedfilterthismethodaresupposedt
