1、南昌大学硕士学位论文江西城市社区养老服务研究姓名：李芳申请学位级别：硕士专业：社会保障指导教师：李芳凡20120603摘要我国人口老龄化问题目趋严重，己经成为对我国的经济社会协调发展产生深刻影响的战略问题，江西省在2005年进入老龄化社会比预计提前4年，晚，工作起步较着重围绕社描述了江西省城市社区养老服务的做法及特点，进而评估城市社区养老服务提供和使用情况，以重点揭示城市社区养老服务存在的主要不足，如资金投入不足、宣传力度不够、服务供需存在差距等问题。由于社区养老起源发展于西方国家，无论是在理论还

2、是实践方面，相关国家或地区都积累了相当丰富的经验。因此，在建设社区养老服务的过程中，我们应该借鉴和吸取国内外相关地区有益的经验教训。最后，本文针对前文提出的不足，借鉴国内外的有益经验，结合江西省的实际情况，论述了完善城市社区养老服务的具体策略，在建设与完善社区养老服务的过程中，我们应重新定政府的角色，加大财政投入；以服务需求为导向，丰富服务内容；加强舆论宣传，改善社区养老服务的观念；进一步探索符合江西省情的新型社区养老模式等等。关键词：人口老龄化；城市社区；江西II服务AbstractABSTRA
