1、中文摘要直径及吻合方法有明显关系。结论胰管直径<3ram为胰肠吻合术术后胰瘘发生的危险因素，其相对危险度(1m)为7．48，胰腺质地软亦为胰肠吻合术术后胰瘘发生的危险因素，其相对危险度(1狼)为4．13，而合理的处理胰腺残端和选择适当的吻合方式，能有效的降低胰肠吻合术后胰瘘的发生率。胰肠吻合术中间断缝合容易发生胰瘘，Prolene线连续缝合能降低胰瘘发生率，且操作简单易行。关键词：胰肠吻合术；Prolene线；胰瘘；危险因素ⅡTheRelatedonRiskFactorsandTreatmentof
