3、cetodevelopLEDheadlampforautomobile．Theautomobileheadlampincludeshighbeamandlowbeam．Thelowbeamisusedforclose—distancelightingwhentwovehiclesaremeeting．Itdemandsahorizontallybroadandverticallynarrowasymmetriclightpatent．DuetotheweakbrightnessofasingleLEDsource，anarrayofmultipleLEDSOurc

4、esisimplementedtorealizetheperfectlightdistributionandcharacteristicsoflowbeam．ThepapertakestheNationalStandardGB25991-2010asaguide．Afteranalyzingtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftheprojectorstructureandfreeformstructure，aLEDlowbeamheadlampstructureisdesignedbycombiningamodifiedprojeeti
