3、pitchmeasuringisquitematureatpresent,butnotofunknownparametersbevelgear.Asaresultofthetheoreticaltoothsurfaceunknown,toothformandpitchmeasuringandcalculatingofunknownparametersisquitedifficult.Toothprofileprocessingqualityisjudgedbythetoothcontactzonean
4、dthemovementstabilityintransmission,namedTCA.Itcouldreflectthetoothprofileprocessingqualityinessentialfortheoreticaltoothsurface.Asresultofprocessingerroroftoothform,heattreatmentdistortion,thecontactsituationofactualtoothsurfaceisn’treflectedandjudgedb
5、ythat.Aboutunknownparametersbevelgear,becauseoftheoreticaltoothsurfaceisn’tbuilt,toothcontactanalysisonlycouldbedoneafterbuildingactualtoothsurfacemodel.Meshingtheoryofrealtoothsurfacehasbeenresearchmassively,butit’smethodandtheoryshouldbeconsummatedinf
6、urther.Aboutsomebevelgearswhichhaveagoodcontactperformance,gearmanufacturershaveadesiretoreverseandmanufacture,wishtogaintheformingcutterandmachineadjustmentparametersoftoothsurfaceinresult.Buttheresearchonthatandattemptarefew.Therefore,itisasignificant
