2、artzof5%.ThesinteringtemperatureofthisformulaWasthelowest,andwiththebestthermalshockresistance.Thesamplesinteredat1480℃for2hhavethewaterabsorptionofO.19%,theporosityofO.57%,thebulkdensityof3.069/cm’,thebendingstrengthof99.59MPa,thesinteringshrinkageof1

3、2.72%andandthepermanentlinearshrinkageof0.23%.After20timesthermalshockresistancetests(quenchingfroml100*Cto25"Cinairmedium),thebendingstrengthis92.72MPa,onlylossrate6.9%.ThestudyofthemechanismofthermalshockshowedthatwhentheamountoftheSuzhoukaolinWasmor

4、ethanlOwt%,themainphasewerecorundum,mulliteandmagnesia-aluminaspinel.Thesecondarymulliteinthesampleledtothevolumeexpansionandahighersinteringtemperature,andabnormalgrowthofsomegrain,impedingtheimprovementofthermalresistanceofthesample.WhentheamountofSu

5、zhoukaolinwasnotmorethan5wt%,themainphrasewerecorundumandasmallamountofmullite,magnesia-aluminaspine.ThesmallamountofsitumulliteandspinelinthesampleCaneffectivelysuppressthegraingrowthandimprovedthethermalshockresistanceofthesamples.Tofurtherreducethes

6、interingtemperatureofthesample,addedcalciteintheMg—A1-Sirecipe.Witha—A1203powder,Suzhoukaolin,calcite,talc,quartzasthemainrawmaterials,Ca-Mg-AI—SiA1203-basedcompositeceramicsmaterialswerepreparedbyno-pressuresinteringprocess.Theorthogonalexperimentalre

7、sultsshowedthattheadditionofcalciteandtalcintheformulaintroducedthesamplewithagoodhigh-temperaturefluxingagentCaOandMgO,whichCanreducesinteringtemperatureeffectively.Takingthesinteringtemperatureasthemainindexandthroughtheorthogonalanalysis,gotthebestf
