1、中文摘要随着我国人口老龄化趋势的不断加强，养老问题越来越受到社会关注。社区养老作为家庭养老和社会养老的有机结合点，有效地弥补了二者静不足，蹶应了人口老龄化的客观需求，是一种更能满足老年人意愿、更适合中国国情的养老服务方式。本文从人口老龄化的背景出发，对社区及社区养老进行了概念界定，介绍了社区养老相关理论。在分析了我国城市社区养老的现状及存在的问题之后，对我国城市养老现有的政策和试点城市的实践进行了细致的研究，并总结出现有试点城市的经验和不足，同时也分析和借鉴了英国和日本两国的经验。最后，本文从政策法规、资金
