1、摘要结果随访时问3-18个月，平均16个月。A组平均手术时间90分钟，术中出血量平均90re]，无椎动脉损伤，无硬膜外血肿和再关门病例。B组平均手术时问70分钟，术中出血量平均80ml，无椎动脉损伤，无硬膜外血肿，再关门2例。A、B两种术式治疗脊髓型颈椎病均有显著疗效，并且在神经功能恢复方面无明显差异；但是A组轴性症状发生率明显低于B组的发生率；但是两种术式在预防轴性症状发生率、颈椎曲度丢失方面，A种术式有明显的优势；术后3个月两组颈椎曲度丢犬无统计学意义，但是3月后颈椎曲度丢失有统计学意义，并且，B组的丢失值大于A组。结论可吸收锚钉型单开手术与传统术式相比
