1、论光伏产业发展与金融支持［摘要］太阳能是地球上最丰富、无处不在、取之不尽用之不蝎的能源，太阳能光伏作为零排放、零消耗、清洁、安全的能源，具有极大的发展前途。作为国家重点发展和支持的战略性新兴产业，太阳能光伏产业不仅是立足当前、应对国际金融危机、调整产业结构、转变经济发展方式的有力手段，更是面向未来、着眼长远、支撑和引领中国社会全面协调可持续发展的重大战略选择。而光伏产业的健康、稳定和可持续发展，需要充足资金的支持；金融支持对光伏产业的发展具有重要的意义。基于此，本文围绕金融支持对光伏产业的发展进行了思考。本文首先概述了我国光伏产业发展的金融支持现状，并列举了我国光
2、伏产业发展面临的主要融资困境；其次详细分析了我国光伏产业发展的融资需求和融资形式，并通过国外金融支持光伏产业发展的成功经验，探讨产业基金、资产证券化、融资租赁等融资渠道对我国光伏产业发展的必要性和可行性；最后对促进我国光伏产业健康、稳定和可持续发展提出了加大传统金融支持力度、加强光伏产业融资政策支持、鼓励金融创新和加快产业整合等对策建议。［关键i司］光伏产业金融支持产业基金资产证券化ThePVIndustryDevelopmentandFinancialSupport[Abstract]Solarenergyisthemostabundant,ubiquitous
