2、ogyPillarProgramduringtheEleventhFive-yearPlanPeriodofChina.High-speedmarinegearboxwithsmalldown-anglecanmeettherequirementsofaheadrunningforvesselsbyusingintersectedinvolutebeveloidgears.However,theoretically,themaindisadvantageinintersectedaxisapplicationisthecontac

3、tpathispoint-wisewhichtendstocauselowertransmissionefficiency,lowerduration,highernoiseandvibrationandseriouswearproblems,limitingthebearingcapacityseriously.Forabove-mentioned,consideringthelinecontactcondition,basedonthestructuralcharacteristics,thespatialgearingthe

4、ory,geometrydesignmethods,theprecisionmanufacturingtheoryandmeshingcharacteristicsofintersectedinvolutebeveloidgearsareinvestigatedwhichhasgreatpracticalvaluesandindustrialsignificance.Themaincontentsofthisthesisareshownasfollows:①Onthebasisofspatialgearingtheory,them

5、eshingtheoryofpitchconedesignforintersectedbeveloidgearsusedinmarinegearboxwithsmallshaftangleisdeveloped.Basedonmechanicaldesigntheoryandgearmeshingtheory,consideringthefactorsincludingundercuttingphenomenon,pointingphenomenon,toothinterferencephenomenonandnon-backla

6、shmeshing,themodificationcoefficientsofbeveloidgearsarecalculated.Bythehobbingtheory,arackcutterisusedtogeneratethebeveloidinvolutegearsandthecorrespondingMatlabGUIprogramiswrittentogeneratethegearsurfacepointset.CombinedwithPro/E,the3-dimentionalsolidmodelofbeveloidg

7、eariscreated.②Thecorrectmeshingconditionsforbeveloidgearsareproposed.TheTCAmodelisbuiltbasedonthetangentcontactconditionstoresearchtheinfluencesofprofile-shiftcoefficients,shaftangleerrorandaxialpositionerroronthecontactpath.Theformulastotransformpointcontacttolinecon
