2、路具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文以马克思的银行资本及金融风险理论为指导，借鉴西方经济学的金融风险管理理论、商业银行信贷风险防范理论的合理因素，运用定性分析与定量分析、理论分析与实证分析和微观分析与宏观分析相结合的方法，首先界定商业银行绿色信贷的内涵与特征，阐述我国商业银行绿色信贷风险及其表现，进而剖析商业银行绿色信贷风险生成的内因和外因。接着，概述国外商业银行绿色信贷风险管理的成功经验，并总结对我国的若干启示。最后，就如何构建适合我国国情的商业银行绿色信贷风险预警机制和有效降低商业银行绿色信贷风险提出具体的对策建议。关键词：商业银行，绿色信贷，风险管理，预警机制Abst
