1、AbstractBlastfurnaceswithlongevity,highefficiencyandlowcostarealwayspursuedbysteelcompanies.Withtheupsizingandincrementofproductionintensity,moreandmoreattentionsarepaidtotheservicelifeofblastfurnace.Therefractoryerosionsofhearthandbottomrestrictthelongevityofblastf
2、urnace,andaccidentscausedbyburnoutofhearthoccurredoccasionally.Therefore,itisofpracticalsignificancetodevelopasoftwaretomonitorthehearthandbottomerosionsofblastfurnaceinrealtime.Tomeettheactualneedofburstfurnaceoperators,thispaperhassuccessfullydevelopedtheon-linemo
3、nitoringsoftwaresystemforthehearthbottomcorrosionofblastfurnace,basedonnumericalheattransferandcomputergraphicsdisplaytechnology.Thesoftwaresystemconsistofdatacommunication,dataacquisitionofthermocoupletemperature,on-linecomputationofhearthandbottomcorrosion,andgrap
4、hicdisplay,etc.Itcancalculatethetemperaturedistributionofhearthandbottomwiththemeasuredtemperaturesofthermocouples,andthuspredictthecorrosionofhearthandbottom.Themaininnovationsarelistedasbelow:(1)Thenon-linearrelationshipbetweenthethermalconductivityofrefractoryand
5、temperaturehasbeentakenintoaccountinthemodelcalculation.ThefunctionsareobtainedbythemethodsofLagrange'sinterpolation.(2)Thefinitedifferencemethodisusedfornumericalsolutionoftemperaturefield,andtheharmonicformulaisadoptedforthethermalconductivityattheinterfaceofadjac
6、entcomputationalcells,whichsignificantlyreducetheprogrammingworkload.(3)Thebadandsingularpointsinthemeasuredtemperaturesfromblastfurnacethermocouplesarepreprocessedwiththemethodofalgorithmcombinedwithmanualcorrectionbeforethemodelcalculation,andthetemperatureinputsf
7、ornumericalerosion-predictionmodelissecuredtobecorrectandcomplete.(4)Theisothermalcurveof1150℃istheimportantindicatorfortheerosionsituationofhearthandbottom.Therealerosioncurveisapproachedbycontrastingthecalculatedtemperatureswithmeasuredcounterpartsanddynamicallyve
