2、作实践经验，对我国工伤保险现状和问题进行整理和分析，对解决问题、困境分析和完善制度进行了深层次的探讨，并指出在我国工伤保险制度环境中，工伤保险政策和制度环境的互动影响，导致了政策问题和现实困境的频频出现。笔者建议在我国推行工伤保险政策，构建与国际接轨的工伤保险．制度时，．．应运用政治学、经济学、伦理学等多学科知识，考虑实际制度环境，改革相关工伤保险法律法规和政策制定，完善我国工伤保险制度。本文的创新点在于提出了我国工伤保险政策和制度环境的互动影响，试图找出制定和推行工伤保险政策的部分客观规律，以供我国社会保障构建参考。关键词：工伤保险；问题；对策AbstractThework—rela
