1、重庆交通大学硕士学位论文住宅部品在住宅建造中的应用前景研究姓名：赵桦申请学位级别：硕士专业：技术经济及管理指导教师：潘雨红20120409摘要在“城市化"和“改善居住条件"为主要推动因素下，住宅的需求量呈上升趋势，我国住宅建设进入快速发展时期。在巨大的建设规模下，要求住宅生产既要保证数量的同时，又要保证建筑的质量，还要兼顾节约资源。而住宅生产方式和工艺落后，仍以现场手工操作和湿作业为主，建设周期长，生产效率低。这使住宅建造方式并不能适应现代技术和经济的发展，而推行住宅产业化是彻底改变落后建造方式、发展资源节约型经济、降低住

2、房成本、提高综合效益的有效途径。住宅部品的应用是实现住宅产业化的关键步骤。本文首先解释了相关名词，住宅产业化和住宅部品，阐述了住宅产业化与住宅部品发展的关系，并综述了国内外住宅产业化发展历程和国内外住宅部品发展的经验。接着本文分析了住宅部品发展的技术支持体系，住宅建筑体系，模数协调原理，并对住宅部品进行了分类。针对建筑物地域性强的特点，以重庆地区为例，运用SWOT方法分析了目前住宅部品在重庆地区应用的前景。运用实证研究的方法，选择一种预制内墙板的住宅部品，从技术和经济两方面对这种预制内墙板在重庆地区的应用进行了研究。在以上
