1、哈尔滨工业大学本科毕业设计（论文）摘要本设计为乌鲁木齐市商业综合楼暖通空调设计，该综合楼由紧挨且相互垂直的两栋建筑组成。分别为商场和宾馆。建筑地上15层，地下1层，其中地上部分首层层高为4.2米，标准层及顶层层高3.5m。地下层高5.2m。总建筑面积9510.2m2。本次设计任务主要为这栋楼设计空调系统。空调设计的任务就是创造一个良好的舒适环境，满足房间的卫生标准和温湿度要求，达到少投资、节能、高效的目的。本设计根据各房间的负荷特点及使用情况确定空调方案：商场夏季采用全空气一次回风空调系统，其它房间夏季采用风机盘管加新风系统。冬季全楼采用散

2、热器集中供热。夏季时全空气系统的空气处理过程为新、回风混合后冷却至机器露点，经管道温升后送入室内；风机盘管加新风系统的空气处理过程为新风单独处理至与室内等焓后与经风机盘管处理的回风混合后送入室内，新风不承担室内负荷。冬季时全空气系统停止运行，新风经过加热加湿后送入室内。本设计冷源采用两台活塞式冷水机组，制冷剂为R22；热源采用城市热网，散热器供暖系统热水来自经一级网一次换热的热水，供回水温度为95/70℃，；新风机组冬季热水来自二次换热的热水，供回水温度为50/40℃。关键词暖通空调；防排烟；全空气系统；风机盘管加新风系统；活塞式冷水机组-
