2、pliancewiththelaw,toataccordingtothehigheststandardsofintegrity,andtoensurethatthereputationofthegameis,andremains,high.ThiscodeappliestoallthoseinvolvedinfootballundertheauspicesofTheFootballAssociation.CommunityFootball,atalllevels,isavitalpartofacommunity.Footballwillta
3、keintoaccountcommunityfeelingwhenmakingdecisions.EqualityFootballisopposedtodiscriminationofanyformandwillpromotemeasurestopreventit,inwhateverform,frombeingexpressed.ParticipantsFootballrecognisesthesenseofownershipfeltbythosewhoparticipateatalllevelsofthegame.Thisinclude
4、sthosewhoplay,thosewhocoachorhelpinanyway,andthosewhoofficiate,aswellasadministratorsandsupporters.Footballiscommittedtoappropriateconsultation.YoungPeopleFootballacknowledgestheextentofitsinfluenceoveryoungpeopleandpledgestosetapositiveexample.ProprietyFootballacknowledge
5、sthatpublicconfidencedemandsthehigheststandardsoffinancialandadministrativebehaviourwithinthegame,andwillnottoleratecorruptionorimproperpractices.TrustandRespectFootballwillupholdarelationshipoftrustandrespectbetweenallinvolvedinthegame,whethertheyareindividuals,clubsoroth
6、erorganisations.ViolenceFootballrejectstheuseofviolenceofanynaturebyanyoneinvolvedinthegame.FairnessFootballiscommittedtofairnessinitsdealingswithallinvolvedinthegame.IntegrityandFairPlayFootballiscommittedtotheprincipleofplayingtowinconsistentwithFairPlay.CodeofConductfor
7、CoachesCoacheshavetobeawarethatalmostalloftheireverydaydecisionsandchoicesofactions,aswellasstrategictargets,haveethicalimplications.Coachesarekeytotheestablishmentofethicsinfootball.Theirconceptofethicsistheirattitudedirectlyaffectsthebehaviourofplayersundertheirsupervisi
