3、yees.Theproductivityoftheemployeesisoneofthehighestintheindustryandthebankisconsideredagoodpaymaster.AlthoughthebankhasaStaffServiceRuleandanevolvedsystemofpersonnelmanagement,aHumanResourceDevelopmentPolicyhasbecomethenecessitytomaketheprocedureofrecruitment,promotion,etc.
