6、fillholes.UsetheonetowardsthebackthatisNOTtapedshut.Donotoverfillasliquidnitrogenspillingoverthetopoftheinstrumentmightcausedamage.Checktoseethattheneutraldensityfilterlabeled“screenA”isinstalled.Thedetectorisverysensitiveandtheinfraredradiationfromthesourcemustber
