1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要随着振动监测与故障诊断技术的应用与普及,对振动测试分析仪器的性能要求也在不断提高。为了提升现今便携式振动分析仪器的性能和功能,本文运用嵌入式系统技术,开发了基于ARM技术的新型手持式双通道振动采集与转速测量系统。仪器采用基于ARMg技术的53C2440为CPU和具有24位转换精度的模数转换器ADS1274,配置了高分辨率TFT彩色液晶触摸显示屏LS037V7DW01,键盘,并利用SD卡进行扩展存储,通过USB把数据传入PC机。针对系统硬件开发了基于WindowsCES.0嵌入式操作系统的硬件驱动程序。采用FIQ中断方法解决中断响应速度不及时的
