7、 软 件 不齐全以及设计规范 的 限 制，这 些 软 件 还 不 能 完 全 用于专业设计，主要用于相关专业的 BIM 建 模。这 不仅增加了项目的设 计 成 本，而 且 该 模 型 传 递 到 施 工阶段，由于没有合适 的 平 台 和 工 具 添 加 和 集 成 施 工信息，无法 形 成 支 持 施 工 及 管 理 的 信 息 模 型，加 上缺乏配套的 BIM 施工软件，致使 BIM 在施工阶段的应用存在建 模 困 难
