2、nuitiesinitscoefficientsonapolygonaldomainΩthatmayhavecracksorverticesthattouchtheboundary.Weconsiderinparticulartheequation−div(A∇u)=f∈Hm−1(Ω)withmixedboundaryconditions,wherethematrixAhasvariable,piecewisesmoothcoefficients.WeestablishregularityandFredholmresultsand,undersomeadditionalcon-dit
3、ions,wealsoestablishwell-posednessinweightedSobolevspaces.WhenNeumannboundaryconditionsareimposedonadjacentsidesofthepolygonaldomain,weobtainthedecompositionu=ureg+σ,intoafunctionuregwithbetterdecayattheverticesandafunctionσthatislocallyconstantnearthevertices,thusprovingwell-posednessinana
