1、摘要随着经济和社会的快速发展，人类面临的环境问题日益严重，保护环境和合理利用资源已经成为人类面临的共同问题。大气污染、全球气温变暖、资源供应紧张、生物物种减少、水土流失严重、噪声污染、垃圾围城等环境问题严重威胁着人类的生存和发展。随着社会公众对环境问题的关注度不断增强，人们逐渐认识到企业对于环境污染有着不可推卸的责任。同时，企业为了满足利益相关者对环境信息需求和符合政府环境规制的要求和树立良好的企业形象，对其经营过程中的环境信息披露问题也越来越重视。因此，对企业环境信息披露的状况及其影响因素进行研究是很有必要的。

2、本文在查阅了大量的相关文献后，以现代环境管理学和环境经济学作为理论指导和参考，从对环境信息披露的概念和现状分析入手，采用规范研究和实证研究相结合的研究方法，以实证研究为主，辅以规范研究，重点对探讨企业环境信息披露的内容、方式以及影响环境信息披露水平的因素。通过研究上市公司环境信息披露现状和对环境信息披露水平的影响因素进行假设，构建环境信息披露水平的衡量指数，对我国上市公司环境信息披露水平进行有效的测定，选取采掘业上市公司作为统计样本进行实证检验，并构造变量和统计模型对其影响因素进行实证分析，试图为建立完善的环境信
