1、提要目的：采用隔药灸脐法治疗原发性痛经，并以隔淀粉灸脐组为对照组，观察两种方法对不同严重程度原发性痛经患者症状的影响，客观评价两组的疗效差异，观察药物对脐疗效果的影响，并阐释脐疗的作用机理。方法：将98例原发性痛经患者随机分成隔药灸脐组和隔淀粉灸脐组。其中隔药灸脐组中度24例，重度24例；隔淀粉灸脐组中度25例，重度25例，观察治疗前后症状评分的变化，比较两组之间的差异。结果：两组各自与治疗前相比，痛经症状评分均存在显著性差异。两组之间比较，中度患者在第二周期和随访期下腹部疼痛症状上存在显著性差异；第三周期易激惹症状上存在显著性差异。重度患
