1、论文题目：基于质量成本的企业质量改进研究专业：技术经济及管理硕士生：赵牡丹赵牡丹(签名)指导教师：李铁治李铁治(签名)摘要随着人们对高质量生活的追求，使得企业需要在激烈的市场竞争中要不断满足顾客日益增长的需求，持续改进使产品或者服务质量成为企业满足和超过顾客期望的有效途径。同时，企业在发展中追求产品或者服务高质量时还应尽量降低质量成本，实现经济的质量水平。本文以质量成本为出发点，研究企业质量管理改进机制，通过文献研究和案例研究相结合的方法，讨论了质量成本和质量改进结合的可行性和必要性，提出了基于质量成本的质量改进模型和步骤，并结合案例进行了分析。通过研究可以认为，对产品或者过
