2、jector,likemulti-functionprojector,cellphoneprojectorcomeintopeople’severydaylife,whichunveiltheneweraofprojector.Althoughtheprojectorhasbeenwidelyusedforsometime,unavoidableproblem,however,comesalong.ThepapercomesfromtheUESTC-NOKIAinternationalcooperatio

3、n.Consideringthematurityofbothprojectorstechnologyandapplication,itisstillnotmatureenoughintopracticaluse.Therefore,thetechnologyofmicro-projectorhasalongwaytogo,andwhichattractsusmostintermsofresearchesisheatdissipationproblem.Thispaperfocusontheheatdiss

4、ipationandrelevantproblemofprojector,usingDLPimbeddedmicro-projectorforstructurethermalanalysis.Inordertoensurethereliabilityofthemicro-projector,theheatdissipationstructuresareoptimizedthroughtransientthermalmodelingaswellasthecomparisonwithsteadystateth

5、ermaldissipationdesign.Themaincontentoftheresearchworkwereasfollows:1.Summarizetheprincipleofimbeddedmicro-projectoranditsinternalstructures,identifythemainheatsource,andanalyzesteadystateheatdissipationofmicro-projectorfortheresearchesintransientheatdiss

6、ipation.2.Establishequivalentthermalmodelformicro-projectorthoughtheintroductionofcomparativesimpleandprecisePLCC,andlumpedparametermodel.3.Establishtransientthermalmodel,setparameters,partitionlocalgridforDLP.Describethetemperaturedistributionofmicro-pro

7、jectorunderlinerconditionat1.3timesoftheratedpower.Thengivethetransientthermaldistributionundertheconditionofsteptype.Testandverifytheaccuracyofthetransientthermaldistributionanddiscussthepossiblefactorsforerrors.4.Optimizetheeffectofheatdissipationbyadju
