2、pealreadyconstructedintheCenterofBrazil,morespecificallyatthecityofBrasília.Thiscityischaracterizedbyhavingatropical,unsaturated,collapsiblesandyclaysoilknownastheBrasília“porous”clay.Thesesoilcharacteristicsarereproduced,withsomedifferences,inmostareasoftheBr

3、azilianCentralPlateau.Hence,thepaperbrieflydiscussesaboutprojectdetailsandpresentsthesimplifieddesignapproachadoptedfortheretainingstructure,thatwascarriedoutwiththeGeofine(www.fine.cz)softwarepackage.Thiscasehistoryisalsounderscrutinyofanon-goingresearchthesi
