1、Abstract(3)Designtherunnersystemwithcurvedrunnerbasedontheaboveresults.Establishthestraightrunnersystemforcomparingwiththefillingresult.Bycomparingthepolymermeltfillingeffectinthesetworunnersystems,wefoundthatthenovelrunnersystemisnotverygoodtoimprove

2、theimbalancedfilling.FromthereasonofimbalancedflowandoptimizethenovelCHIVerunnersystem.Comparedthefillingresultofoptimizedrunnersystemwiththeformerresultagain,wefoundtheoptimizedrunnersystemisgoodtoimproveimbalancedfilling.Thepressuredistributionineac

3、hcavityisidentical.(4)Analyzingtheprocessofpolymermeltflowinoptimizedruunersystembysettinggatingsystemasaresearchobjective,theresultdemonstratethat:thethicknessoflowtemperaturelayerdistributeinmidplaneofoptimizedrunnersystemismoreuniformthanthestraigh

4、trunnersystematthesameinjectionrate.Meltflowsthroughcurvedrunnertosub-runnercomposedoftwoshares,oneisfromtheinnerofpreviousrunnerandtheotherismeltnearwallofpreviousrunner.Becauseofintenseshearoccurredincurvedrunner,weakenthetemperaturedifferenceabouts

5、ub—channelscausedbymeltstream,sothecurvedrunnerimprovethefillingbalance;thedistributionrangeofmelttemperatureonsecondarysub-runnerofcurvedrunnel"issmaller20%thanthecorrespondingstraightrunners,wimtheinjectionrateincreasing,therangebecomessmaller.Analy
