2、hnology,Luoyang471003,Abstract:Amicrotorquehigh—frequencyhigh—precisionpassiveelectricloadsimulationsystemisresearched,thepaperproposesabacksteppingcontrolmethodtosolvethestrongforce/positioncouplingproblem.Thesystemisseenasasingle—inputandmultiple—outputsystem,andadynamicmodelofthec

3、ouplingisestablished.Byintroducinganappro—priatevirtualcontrolquantity,thispaperdesignsabacksteppingcontroller,whichmakesthesystemerrorhaveanex—pectedprogressiveshape,andtheoreticallyprovesthesystemstabilityonthebaseofLyapunovmethod.Fromthesimu—lationresults,aconclusioncouldbedrawnth

4、atwhenthesinesignalisupto60Hz,amplitudetrackingerorofbearingsystemisabout0.5%0radandphaselagisabout10。;Atthesametime,theamplitudetrackingerorofloadingsystemisabout0.2%N·mandphaselagisabout10。.Therefore.thesimulationresultsvalidatethismethodandprovethefeasibilityofthismethod.Keywords:
