1、摘要本文从企业层面对人力资本产权理论问题进行研究，其根本目的在于如何使企业产权制度安排充分体现人力资本的重要地位和作用，进而促进企业人力资本产权的实现。对企业人力资本产权进行研究，从而为人力资本所有者界定企业产权具有以下重要意义：能够促使产权理论和人力资本理论在结构上得到完善；能够改变人们长期以来“重物轻人”的思想观念；有利于确立劳动者在企业中的主人翁地位；能够改变企业人力资本的结构，提高企业人力资本的整体素质。主要内容包括：人力资本及其产权基本理论；人力资本产权归属闯题分析；人力资本权益按贡献价值分离与量化；人力资本权益的实现形式和实现

2、机制；企业治理、企业管理与人力资本产权。本文创新性成果主要有三点：一、拓宽了现代产权理论的研究范畴，促进现代产权理论在结构上的完整性和系统性；二、引用道格拉斯函数和模糊评价法将人力资本、物力资本所享有的权益以及人力资本所有者之间的权益分离开来，并构建了人力资本当期和未来价值的量化模型；三、本文通过分析，指出人力资本产权实现的主要途径是人力资本所有者按各自的贡献大小索取剩余权益，收益权实现的量化标准和尺度是各人力资本的贡献价值。关键词：人力资本、人力资本产权，人力资本权益、企业治理、产权理论中图分类号：F240Abstract：Thisth
