1、湖南大学硕士学位论文HL公司营运资金管理研究姓名：何芳莹申请学位级别：硕士专业：会计硕士指导教师：何进日20120608MPAcc学位论文摘要传统营运资金管理以结构优化和持有量确定为中心，由于其难以指导企业在复杂多变的经济环境中及时有效地做出管理决策而备受挑战。虽然近年来提出的将营运资金管理与企业渠道管理、业务流程管理相结合的管理策略为企业营运资金管理理论研究提供了新的视角，但是如何实现现有理论与企业营运资金管理实践广泛地结合仍然值得深入研究。本文借鉴基于渠道管理理论的营运资金管理的方法，对HL公司的营运资金管理绩效的提升进行全面、系

2、统地研究。首先在阐述营运资金管理相关理论的基础上，将传统营运资金管理与基于渠道管理的营运资金管理进行比较，分析将渠道管理理论引入营运资金管理的重要性。然后，通过对HL公司营运资金管理现状的分析，针对其营运资金管理存在的问题，从渠道管理的角度，为HL公司构建了新的营运资金管理体系：一是从战略层面，提高管理层对营运资金管理的重视，完善公司营运资金管理制度；二是从技术层面，完善公司信息管理系统，为营运资金管理的信息化提供有力支撑；三是从渠道管理层面，优化公司采购、生产、销售各渠道结构，改善渠道关系。本文突破传统营运资金管理视角，从渠道管理的
