4、thdifferentsor-Wyndmoor,PA,USAbentswasalsoinvestigatedtominimizematrixcoextractivesandinterferences.Foranalysis,anewautomatedDSIdevicewastestedinGC-MStoavoidnonvolatilecoex-tractivesfromcontaminatingtheinstrument.LC-MS/MSwithpositiveESIwasusedforthosepesticidesthatwerediffi
5、culttodetectbyGC-MS.Thefinalmethodwasvalidatedforolivesintermsofrecoveries,repeatabilities,andreproducibilitiesusingbothdetectiontechniques.Theresultsdemonstratedthatthemethodachie-vedacceptablequantitativerecoveriesof70–109%withRSDsa20%forDSI-GC-MSand88–130%withRSDsa10%for
