3、eldsorinvestigatingeffectivelytheinteractionbetweenatomsandphotonsforOurcavityQEDsystem．Lastbutnotleast，thedevelopmentandresearchoftwo-photonstatesarethefirststeptorealizehighqualitysinglephotonsourceandothernon-classicalstates．Themainworksofthisdissertation

4、areasfollows：(1)Basedonanopticalringcavity,wediscussthegeneralpropertiesofopticalcavityandsometechniquesoftestingthequalityofcavity．Then，weintroducethenonlinearinteractionequationsmthecouplingwaveequationsanddiscusstheequationsofsecondharmonicgenerationandop

5、ticalparametricoscillation．Intheend，wecalculateandanalyzethesecondcorrelationfunctionofthemulti--modetwo··photonstatesusingthesemi-classicaltheory．(2)Weoptimizetheconfigurationoffrequencydoubler(SHG)anddesignannewcavityconfigurationforSHGandOPO．Wemeasurethen

6、onlinearconversioncoefficientofPPKTP互№，whichisabout1．8％W。withcrystallengthof10mmatthephase—matchingtemperature．Conversionefficiencyofabout50％isobtainedwhenthepumppoweris100mWTheestimatedthresholdpoweroftheOPOisabout123mWThesinglepassedpumpbeamismode—matchedt
