3、eldsorinvestigatingeffectivelytheinteractionbetweenatomsandphotonsforOurcavityQEDsystem.Lastbutnotleast,thedevelopmentandresearchoftwo-photonstatesarethefirststeptorealizehighqualitysinglephotonsourceandothernon-classicalstates.Themainworksofthisdissertation
4、areasfollows:(1)Basedonanopticalringcavity,wediscussthegeneralpropertiesofopticalcavityandsometechniquesoftestingthequalityofcavity.Then,weintroducethenonlinearinteractionequationsmthecouplingwaveequationsanddiscusstheequationsofsecondharmonicgenerationandop
5、ticalparametricoscillation.Intheend,wecalculateandanalyzethesecondcorrelationfunctionofthemulti--modetwo··photonstatesusingthesemi-classicaltheory.(2)Weoptimizetheconfigurationoffrequencydoubler(SHG)anddesignannewcavityconfigurationforSHGandOPO.Wemeasurethen
6、onlinearconversioncoefficientofPPKTP互№,whichisabout1.8%W。withcrystallengthof10mmatthephase—matchingtemperature.Conversionefficiencyofabout50%isobtainedwhenthepumppoweris100mWTheestimatedthresholdpoweroftheOPOisabout123mWThesinglepassedpumpbeamismode—matchedt
