1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文THESTRENGTHANALYSISMETHODOFADHESIVELYBONDEDCOMPOSITEREPAIRSTRUCTURESABSTRACTFromthe1960s,thecompositematerialhasbeenwidelyusedinmanyareasparticularlyonaircraftstructures.Meanwhile,therepairofcompositestructuresisbecomingincreasinglyimportant.Adhesivelybondedrepairisthemainrepairingmeth

2、od,includinglaprepairandscarfrepair.Thispaperstudiesthestrengthanalysismethodoftherepairedcompositestructuresbydouble-sidedrepairingandscarfrepairing.Twomodelswereestablishedincludinganalyticalmodelandfiniteelementmodeltoanalysisthestaticstrengthofthecompositeadhesivelybondedstructures.Theanalytic

3、almodelisa2-Dmodel,inwhichthecompositelayersareconsideredlinearelasticmaterial,andassumingthereisnosheardeformation,whilethereisonlysheardeformationintheadhesivematerial.Usingthemaximumstraincriterionfortheadhesivelayerandthefirstlayerfailurecriterionforthecompositematerial,thestrengthandthestress

4、distributionofthecompositeadhesivelybondedstructurescanbeobtained.TheFEAmodelisa3-Dprogressivedamagemodel,inwhichThecompositelaminateswasmodeledwiththeorthotropicconstitutive,andtheonsetofdamagewaspredictby3DHashin’sfiberfailurecriterion,Puck’smatrixfailurecriterionandYecriterion.Damagevariableswe

5、reintroducedtocharacterizethedamageextension.Theadhesivelayerwasmodeledwiththeisotropicconstitutive.Asquarecriterionbasedonthreedirectionshearstrainstopredictthestartingoftheadhesivelayer’sdamageandadegradationfunctionassociatedwiththestressandstrainwasdefinedtodegeneratethestiffnessofthedamagedma
