3、ngdegreesreducesthematerialductilityandtoughness,whichcausesdecreasingofmechanicalpropertyoftheweldjointsdecreaseduetolocalandinstantaneousheatingandcooliI玛process.Inordertostudyhowthethermalprocessofthemulti-passweldinginfluencesthegraingrowthinHAZ,wesimulatedthegr

4、owthinHAZof304stainlesssteelbyusingMonteCarlomethod.Thesimulatedresultswerecomparedwithexperimentalresults.Somefactorsinfluencingthegraingrowthwerestudiedindetail.First,thermalfieldsinmulti—passweldingweresimulatedtogetreasonablethermalcyclesforMCsimulationusingthef

5、initeelementsoftwareANSYS.TheexperimentaldatabasedonEBDmodelwasusedtoestablishtherelationbetweentMCSandrealtimetemperature.Second,thesimulationprogramwasworkedoutbasedonMCtechnologywithMATLAB.ThemicrostructureevolutionofweldedjointsandtheprocessofgraingrowthinHAZoft

6、hemulti-passweldingweredescribed.Inthepaper,somefactorsinfluencingthegraingrowth,weldingheatinput,heatpining,initialtemperature,interpasstemperature,andthegraingrowthprocessinHAZduringheatingandcoolingcycle,werestudiedspeciallyusingMCtechnique.Ourresearchindicated:t
