2、derthemeltingerosionofaluminumalloy．Inthispaper,theeffectofSi．Cuetconthemeltingtemperature，brazability,corrosionresistanceetcof。t11efillermetalshadbeensystematicallyinvestigated．Thepropertiesoffillermetalspreparedbyarcmeltingandrapidsolidificationwerecomparedandanalyzed．Thefillermetalsforb

3、razingaluminumalloywithameltingpointlowerthan500℃werestudiedout．Differentialscanningcalorimeter(DSC)，scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andelectrochemicalmethodwereusedtoinvestigatethemeltingtemperature，microstructureandcorrosionresistance，respectively．Thebrazabilityandjointshearstrengthwerete
