2、derthemeltingerosionofaluminumalloy.Inthispaper,theeffectofSi.Cuetconthemeltingtemperature,brazability,corrosionresistanceetcof。t11efillermetalshadbeensystematicallyinvestigated.Thepropertiesoffillermetalspreparedbyarcmeltingandrapidsolidificationwerecomparedandanalyzed.Thefillermetalsforb
3、razingaluminumalloywithameltingpointlowerthan500℃werestudiedout.Differentialscanningcalorimeter(DSC),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andelectrochemicalmethodwereusedtoinvestigatethemeltingtemperature,microstructureandcorrosionresistance,respectively.Thebrazabilityandjointshearstrengthwerete
4、stedinaccordingtothestandardofGB/T1364—2008andGB/T1363.2008separately.Theresultsaresummarizedasfollows:ThesolidustemperatureoftheA1.9.6Si.20Cu-xGe(0一5、iquidustemperatureexmbitedandifferentvariationlaw.ThesolidusandliquidustemperatureoftheA1.vSi.20Cu.15Ge(6.56、heA1.9.6Si.20Cu.10GefillermetalWasdecreasedastheadditionoftinandzinc,whichWasduetothelowmeltingpointoftinandzincthatcouldreducethemeltingtemperatureofthelowmeltingpointeutecticinthealloy.Theliquidustemperaturefellto498.6℃byadding4%tin,thenroseastheincreasingoftincontent.Theliquidustemperat7、ureoftheA1.9.6Si.20Cu.10Ge.6Znfillermetalwas493.5℃.Owingtosmallergrainsize,themeltingtemperatureoffillermetalsthatpreparedbyrapidsolidificationwerelowerthanarcmelting.TheA1.9.6Si.20Cu-nGe(O
