3、ed,structuralandengineeredwoodproductsinNewZealand,Australiaandelsewheretoprovidelongtermprotectionagainstrotandinsectattack.ArchWoodProtectionguaranteewoodbuildingcomponentsmanufacturedbyHumePine(N.Z.)LimitedandtreatedwithTanalised®AzurepreservativeincompliancewithNewZ

4、ealandandAustralianStandardstoberesistantagainstfungaldecay(rot)andinsectattackfromthedateofpurchasefortheperiodsassetoutinthisform(overleaf).AnycorrectlytreatedandinstalledTanalised®Azuretreatedwoodbuildingcomponentsthatbecomefunctionallyunserviceableduetofungaldecayor

5、insectattackwithinthespecifiedguaranteeperiodwillbereplacedsubjecttothetermsdetailedinthisform.ThislimitedguaranteeisunderwrittenbyArchWoodProtection(NZ)Limited(afullyownedsubsidiaryofArchChemicalsIncoftheU.S.A.)andisprovidedfreeofchargetopurchasersorownersofTanalised®A

6、zuretreatedwoodmouldingsandbuildingcomponentsfromHumePine.ThetermsofthelimitedguaranteewillbeadheredtobyArchprovidingthatthewoodproductsarecorrectlytreatedandinstalledasdetailedinthisdocument(seetermsandconditionsoverleaf).Thislimitedguaranteeisindependentofanyotherwarr

7、antiesandlegalrightswhichyou,asthepurchaserorowner,mayhavewithArchWoodProtection(NZ)Limited,HumePineoryourtradesman/builder.Thislimitedguaranteedoesnotlimitormodifyanyotherrightsthatyouhaveunderlaw.Youshouldalsoretaincopiesofyourpurchasedocumentationsuchinvoicesorreceip
