2、S）和患者健康状况调查表，阳性者进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）同时做国际神经精神科简式访谈问卷（MINI）诊断评估。结果：经MINI诊断发现躯体疾病与抑郁焦虑障碍共病率为16.24％。不同就诊科室中的共病率存在差异。结论：躯体疾病与抑郁焦虑共病是综合医院就诊者中，常见问题，不同科室就诊患者共病率存在一定的差异，但正确识别和治疗情况不容乐观。【关键词】抑郁；焦虑；共病；综合医院Across-sectionalsurveyoftheprevalenceofdepressiv
