1、手术室麻醉喉镜供应室集中清洗及消毒效果分析卢春红(江苏省苏州市吴江区第一人民医院215200)【摘要】目的探讨手术室的麻醉喉镜在经过供应室集中清洗、消毒之后的效果,分析其方法的应用性。方法A组回顾性抽取分析我院于2011年1月至12月经手术室手工清洗、浸泡并消毒的麻醉喉镜200片。B组抽取2012年1月至2013年4月经供应室集中用全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机按标准流程清洗、高压蒸汽灭菌的麻醉喉镜200片。所有的麻醉镜片均采用目测法、带光源的放大镜检测法及细菌培养计数法鉴定消毒效果，并记录镜片的损耗率。结果A组和B组麻醉喉镜片，目测法、带光源的放大
2、镜检测法及细菌培养计数法合格率分别是95.50%和100.00%、91.00%和98.50%,87.50%和96.50%,均具有显著性差异。麻醉喉镜片损耗率为98.00%和99.31%,不具有显著性差异。结论麻醉喉镜片由供应室集中清洗、消毒灭菌效果优于手工清洗方法。不但保证了麻醉喉镜彻底清洗的效果和灭菌质量，而＞1•人力和物质资源得到了共享，为医院节约了医疗成本，降低医疗风险，保证患者安全。【关键词】手术室麻醉喉镜集中清洗效果分析【中图分类号】R187【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2013)27-0048-01Theeffe
