3、anmingSteelinthispaper.Inthelabwestudyonthee位ctsofcontrolledrollingandcoolingprocessonmicrostructureandmechanicalpropertieswitlldifferentcarbonequivalentandintheendwedeterminedtheflexiblerollingprocesssystem.ThecontentsandconclusionWassummarizedasfollow
4、s:(1)Usingthreedifferentrollingprocessesinthelab,theexperimentalresultsoftheteststeelareshowedthat:inthesameprocess.theefjf.ectofcarbonequivalentisthemainfactorsforthemechanicalproperties.Withtheincreasingofcarbonequivalentthestrengthperformanceofthetes
5、tedsteelgetbetter,buttheplasticityandtoughnessgetworse.Consideringvariousfactors,thereasonablechemicalcompositionandcarbonequivalentaredeterminedwhichprovidethebasisforindustrializationofeconomizingshipplate;(2)WiththeTMCPprocessesoftheindustrybilletint
6、helab,thedeformation,temperatureandcoolingsystemwerestudiedonrespectively.Itconcludedthatcoolingintheairconditionaftercontrolledrolling,thegrainsizeismorecoarserandtheplateshowedworsecomprehensivepropertiesthanthatofcontrolledcooling.Withtheincreasingof
7、theintermediateslabthicknessthetensileandtheimpactpropertiesgetbetterandthetestedsteelshowthesameperformancewiththedecreasingoffinishtemperament.IntheendwedeterminedtherollingprocessofA32,D32highstrengthshipplate.Thestartingtemperatureoffinishingrolling
