3、esefeedbacksystems.Weinvestigatehowcompetitionfortradingpartnersorforprice-comparedtotheabsenceofcompetition-influencesthebuyers'trustandthesellers'trustworthinessinaseriesoflaboratoryonlinemarkets.Wefindthatcompetitioninstrangersnetworks(wheremarketencountersareoneshot)mo

4、stfrequentlyenhancestrustandtrustworthinessandalwaysincreasesefficiency.Onereasonisthatreputationfeedbacktrumpspricing.Tradersusuallydonotconductbusinesswithsomeonewhohasabadreputation,notevenifheoffersasubstantialpricediscount.Wealsofindthatreliablereputationfeedbackcanla
