1、塑料注射机液压系统设计摘要塑料注射成型机是把各种热塑性塑料加工成各种中小型工业塑料制品的机械设备。现在，随着计算机等自动化设备在现代企业中的不断应用，塑料注射成型机也得到一定程度的发展。本文对塑料注射机的系统设计进行了阐述。本文讨论了塑料注射成型机及其相关设备在国内外的发展情况，并根据现有设备情况，发展速度及经济状况等因素，对主要结构做了合理的选用。例如：锁模部分结构紧凑，占用空间小。我在设计中主要设计了注塑机注射部件的注射油缸的活塞杆的直径的设计、缸体和缸盖厚度的选择，以及用来连接缸体与缸盖的连接件拉杆的选择。油马达与油泵的选择以及驱动油泵所用电机功率的选择。做了液压系

2、统图的设计，以及控制系统PLC的电器气控制方案，对于所使用的油管直径、材料也有一定的设计。此设计主要是通过与同型的各项参数的类比而设计出来的。通过以上工作，塑料注射成型机锁模部分在锁模速度，产品质量等理论上应有一定程度的提高，但需要在实践中不断的提高，但需要在实践中不断改进。关键词：塑料注射成型，锁模部件，锁模力，注射部件DesignofInjectionMoldingMachineofPlasticsHydraulicallyPoweredAbstractInjectionmoldingmachineofplasticsisamachineequipmentwhichp
