3、mentedinordertoaccomplishthetasksofinformationintheironandsteelenterprises.Theproductionplanningandschedulingsystem,thecoreofinformationmanagement,playsanimportantpartinthetimelyinteractionandtransferoftheinformationbetweenERPandMES.Thispaperisbasedonacasestud
4、yofaplantunabletoachieveboththeplannedscheduleofsalesorderandinformationexchangebetweenplanningandtheMESsystem,thusaffectingproductionandresultinginwastage,becauseofthedisjunctionoftheplanningandtheMESsystem.Theproductionplanningandschedulingsystemisthecorecom
5、ponentsofMESsystem.Theauthorhasdonealotofresearch,accordingwiththeowncharacteristicsoftheenterprise,ontheoptimizationofinformationintegrationwiththeMESsystemandERPsystemtoimprovethemanagementlevelofautomationcontrolexecution,aswellastheproductionguidingprocess
