2、OMER)1.OBJECTTheCOMPANYagreestoprovideandtheCUSTOMERagreestoacceptaMaintenanceServicefortheEquipmentlistedbymodelandserialnumberonthescheduleatpage4subjecttothefollowingtermsandconditions.2.MAINTENANCESERVICETheCOMPANYshallprovideallnecessarylabour,transport,replacementpartsandte

3、stEquipmenttomaintaintheEquipmentingoodoperatingcondition.TheCOMPANY'sMaintenanceServiceshallconsistofi.RoutinePreventiveMaintenanceServiceTworegularserviceperannumtobescheduledinadvanceoverandaboveanyotherrepairconsistingofinspection(includingcleaningfloppydrive;diskdefragmentat

4、ion;cleaningscreen,keyboardandcasing),preventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceandincludesallnecessaryrepairs,supplyandfittingofnewreplacementparts.Wherereplacementpartsarefitted,thepartsremovedbecomethepropertyoftheCOMPANY(seeexceptioninthegeneralconditions).ii.SpecialCallsRequestedbyt

5、heCUSTOMERTheCOMPANYshallfromreceiptoftheproblemreportarriveattheCUSTOMER'sinstallationsitewithinthree(3)workinghours.Innocases,theCOMPANY'sservicepersonnelwillattendtothereportsofdefectslaterthanthenextworkingday.ShouldtheCOMPANYbeunabletorepairtheEquipmentwithintwentyfour(24)ho

6、ursaftertheirarrival,anEquipmentofatleasttheequivalentmodelshouldbelenttotheCUSTOMERuntiltherepairhasbeencarriedoutontheCUSTOMER'sEquipment.ThebusinesshoursareMondaytoFridaybetween8:45a.m.to4:00p.m.ontheCUSTOMER'spremises(excludingpublicholidays).TheCOMPANYshouldkeepthecustomerin

7、formedoftheproblemreportresolutionprogress.Intheabsenceofreplacementequipment,(i)apenaltyof0.5%oftheannualmaintenancechargesoftheequipmentwillbeapplicableperworkingdayofdowntimeoftheequipment.Themaximumamountofpenaltyshallbetotalaggregateannualmaintenancechargesofsimilarequipment
