1、ABSTRACTMicroflowtechnologyisthetechnologyoffluidhandlingprocessandfabricationoffluidicdevicesinmicroscale.Itemployedminiaturizedfluidhandlinganddetectingsystemtoresearchthevariouseffectsandbehaviorofthefluidinmicro-scalestructure.Themicroflowtechnolog
2、ywaswidelyutilizedintheareaofpharmaceuticalindustry,biotechnologyandbiologicalanalysis,medical,chemicalanalysis,machinery,ITindustryoreventhenationaldefenseandaerospacebecauseofitshigh-fluxofthemicrochannelandmicroflownetwork,efficientfluidhandlingandd
3、etectingmechanismsandthepotentiallow-costofapplication.However,micro-flowtechnologyalsohasthelimitationinthemethodoffabricatingmicrochannelanditsnetworkandtheresearchinstrumentofthemicroflowhandinganddetectingsystem.Therefore,researchesofthemicroflowte
4、chnology,includingthefabricationofmicroflowdevicesandmicroflowdetectionmethods,havebecomeanimportantdirectionofresearchersandengineers.Anditcouldbeseenfromthedevelopmentofthemicro-machiningtechnology,microflowexperimentalanddetectingtechnologyandtheMic
5、ro-PIVtechnology.Inviewofthis,thispaperismainlyresearchabouttheMicro-PIVanalysisofthelowinPDMSmicrochannel,includingthefabricationofPDMSmicrochannel,thecomponentsandalgorithmofMicro-PIVsystem,thewaveletanalysisinde-noisingtheMicro-PIVimageandtheexperim
6、entalandtheoreticalresearchofmicrorheology.Thetraditionaltechnologiessuchasphotolithographyandsoftlithographywerehardlyacceptedbyordinarylaboratoriesbecauseofthelimitationoftheharshconditions,time-consuming,highcostandirregularchannelshapeofthecross-se
7、ction.Thispaperintroducedatechniqueforfabricatingmicrochannelbystrainsteelmicrowire.Itcanobtain20-100μmindiameterstandardcircularcross-sectionmicrochannelswithavarietyoftopologicalstructureandfunctionsuchascrossedchannel,curvingchanneland3Dhelicalchann
