1、华中师范大学硕士学位论文国际政治中的权力理论：历史、发展与启示姓名：封帅申请学位级别：硕士专业：国际政治指导教师：夏安凌20090501⑧＼／硕士学位论文MASTER’STHESIS中文摘要权力理论是国际政治理论研究中的重要内容，从国际政治学科建立伊始，就在理论体系中占据重要的位置，至今仍发挥着不可替代的作用。随着时代的发展，国际政治权力理论的内容和特点都发生了深刻的变化，把握权力理论的发展特点对于中国国际政治理论研究和中国外交战略的选择都有重要的意义。本文以国际政治中的权力理论为切入点，按照时间的顺序对于不同历史时期权力理论的内容和特点进行归纳总结，并进行

2、比较分析。以卡尔、摩根索和沃尔兹为代表的传统权力理论强调主权国家的主体身份和物质资源的核心地位，构建了权力政治理论大厦，成为国际政治主流理论。但随着国际政治的发展，对权力理论的研究逐渐多元化，新自由主义理论、建构主义理论、国际政治经济学理论和新古典现实主义理论从不同的视角提出了各具特色的权力理论观点，形成了百家争鸣的局面。新观点的出现拓展了国际政治权力理论的内容和结构：非国家行为体的理论地位逐步提高，文化、制度等非物质因素在国际政治权力理论中的作用受到了更多重视。提出了诸如结构性权力、软权力等有影响力的新型权力理论。权力理论的发展反映了全球化时代国际政治发展

3、的基本趋势，对于各国外交战略的选择产生了重要影响。国际政治权力理论的发展对中国外交的选择有着重要的启示意义，作为一个崛起中的大国，为了在变革的国际环境中维护本国权利和利益，中国应该根据本国的综合国力，合理合法地运用权力。同时重视文化资源，提升本国的软权力，并承担合理的国际责任。关键词：权力理论；历史；发展；启示；AbstractPowertheoryininternationalpoliticaltheoryisallimportantaspectofthestudv'occupyinganimportantpositioninlongtime．Untiln
