3、aditionalfinancing，crowdfundingfeaturescovenant-lite，highefficiency,lowcostandstrongplatformeffect，whichbreaksofftheshacklesofthetraditionalfinancingandprovidesanewchannelfortoalleviatethefinancingdifficultproblem．Crowdfundingmatcheswellwithsmallandmicroenterprisesandbecomesthe

4、impetusoffundraising．However,enteringChinaforlessthan4years，crowdfundingisstillintheinitialstageofexplorationandhaslotsofshortageanddeficiency．First．thispaperdescribesthebackgroundofthebirthandanalyzesthestatusofcrowdfundingofsmallandmicroenterprises．Bymeansof“FaultTreeAnalysis
