2、signer.Theeconomyandrationalityofthismethodisinevitablepoorandithasbeenhardtomeettheincreasingdemandofprecision.Inordertosolvethisproblem,takingthegeometricerrorofthree-axisCNCgrindingmachineasresearchobject,ageometricaccuracyanalysisanddesignmethodwasproposedinthispaper.Themainres
3、earchcontentsareasfollows.(1)Geometricerrormodelingofthethree-axisCNCgrindingmachineandperformanceverificationoferrorpropagationmodel.Geometricerrorpropagationmodelisaprerequisitefortheanalysisanddesignofgeometricaccuracyandperformanceofmodelistheensuranceofthefollowingresearch.Fir
4、stly,thetheoreticalbasisoferrormodelingnamelymultibodysystemtheoryandhomogeneouscoordinatetransformationtheorywereanalyzed.Thenmethodoftopologyanalysisformulti-bodysystemandmethodoflow-bodyarraydescriptionwereintroduced.Thepositionandorientationtransformationmatrixesbetweentypicala
5、djacentbodiesinmultibodysystemwerededuced.Lastly,accordingtothespecificstructureofgrindingmachine,theerrorpropagationmodelincluding21geometricerrorswasestablished.Basedon9-linemethod,errorsweremeasuredbyusingXL-80laserinterferometersystem,thentheperformanceoferrorpropagationmodelwa
6、sverifiedandtheresultshowedthatthegeometricerrorpropagationmodelhasidealpredictionaccuracy.(2)Keygeometricerroridentificationforthree-axisCNCgrindingmachine.Differentkindsoferrorsinfluencemachiningprecisiondifferently,soit'snecessarytoidentifyandfocusonthekeygeometricerrorsinordert
