3、ationofnetworkresources,thenetworkcouldprovidelossguaranteestouserswhorespondappropriately,evenwithoutpriortracdescriptors.Onepossiblefeedbacksignalisapriceperunitofnetworkresource,basedonthenetworkloadlevel:whentheloadishigh,thepriceishigh,andwhentheloadislow,thepriceislowo
