3、s.ImprovingtheblockingprobabilityofSIPcallsresultingfromthehandoffdelayisakeyissueforachievingseamlesshand-oversacrossWLANandcellularnetworks.Thispaperpresentsanefficientscheme,basedonintelligentagents,tosupportpre-authenticationforseamlesshandover,wheretheintelligentagentsar
4、eabletocooperatewitheachotheradaptively.Besides,intelli-gentagentsoffertheapplicabilityofkeydistributionwithEAP-SIMbasedAAAproto-colstoenablefastauthenticationforinter-domainhandovers.Thepaperproposesanumberofpossiblechangestothesesolutionsforinter-domainoperation.Inaddition,
