2、senilehyperlipidemiainthewayofsupportingenergy,eliminatingstasis,alleviatingphlegmandregulatinglipid,thenresearchonthemechanismofthemethod.Methods:groupingdoubleblindly,sixtycasesofsenilehyperlipidemiaaredevidedintotwotreatmentgroup,30personeachgroup.Thetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithhealth
3、yenergysupportingsoupand10mgsimvastatin,thecontrolgroupwastreatedwith20mgsimvastatin.Atreatmentperiodlastfor8weeks.Checkthefollowingindexofpatientsbeforeandafterthetreatment:triglycerides,high-densitylipoproteincholesterol(hdl-c),lowdensitylipoprotein,apolipoproteinlevel,arteriosclerosis
4、index(AI),hemorrheologyindexandsymptom.Results:effectiverateoftreatmentgroupwhosesymptomwereimprovedwas93.33%,ofwhich53.33%significantly.Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theTC,LDL-C,TG,ApoBwerereducedsignificantly.hdl-c,ApoA1wereincreasedsignificantly,thesamewiththecontrolgroup.(P>0.05).Lp(a)
5、wasreducedsignificantlyinthetreatmentgroup,withsignificantdifferencecomparingtocontrolgroup.atherosclerosisindex(AI)andthehemorrheologicintreatmentgroupwerebothbetterthanthecontrolgroup,withnotabledifference(P<0.05).Conclusion:supportingenergy,eliminatingstasis,alleviatingphlegmandregula
